Half Shell is one of the most passionate games that I, along with the rest of team Half Shell, have worked on. The game follows the story of Kerth in this retro psychological shooter game.
I work on here as a Narrative Designer iterating on and expanding this game's story from its initial short story concept created by one of our members on the team. The most important part of my job was to get the mechanics of talking to your Shotgun, Apollyon, working in the game. Everything involving that required me to create a script for voiceovers, get recording sessions done with voice actors either in-person or remote, editing their audio recording in Adobe Audition, and then getting them in Unity through FMOD studio.
Now the story of the game is told consicely throughout three levels and still has roomm for any future development downt he line.
